| A sentimental moment with THE SHOES. |
Can't decide if I love myself or hate myself for the tile of this post. It's always nice to have a blast from the past though right? If you don't know what I'm talking about then I'm guessing you didn't watch Disney channel as a kid and are 100% cooler than I will ever be. For the longest time I held a grudge against anything cheetah. I associated it with teased hair, bad spray tans, and velour sweat suits (not necessarily bad things but not my scene). Lately though I've found myself being drawn to this pattern in small doses. I love cheetah thrown in an unexpected and grungy way. It's very rock and roll. They kind of have a Mick Jagger feel right? So the shoe fairy (aka Debbie Watson) saw me swooning over these bad boys and was kind enough to drop them into my lap as an early back to school/birthday gift. Can't wait for the temperature to drop so I can start busting these out. I'm guessing they're gonna be flying off the shelf with it being the Anniversary Sale in all so check them out right away if you're interested!
Cheetah done right....

ReplyDeleteI couldn't agree more with this post! I used to associate cheetah print with trashy girls (sounds harsh, w/e) and now I love it when it's mixed in with things the right way! Also, those shoes are beautiful!
ReplyDeletePs- perfect title. Perfect.
