I stumbled upon this little gem of a dress at a vintage boutique in Fayetteville. When I first pulled it off the rack I thought "this might just be crazy enough to work." The pattern looked like a kindergartners art project that had taken a turn for the psychedelic but the cut was rather conservative and the fabric was heavy duty (which I love). I love that kind of juxtaposition in a piece of clothing. The owner said she thinks it's from the 60s or 70s and I secretly like to pretend I'm on the Brady Bunch when I wear it....you won't tell anyone right?
